Welcome to S K Family Health Care. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Agreement
Services are provided based on client requests and availability of staff.
A booking confirmation will be provided once the schedule is agreed upon.
We reserve the right to assign trained professionals based on the nature of service requested (nurse, physiotherapist, caregiver, etc.).
2. Duty Timing
Services are available for 6, 8, 10, 12, or 24 hours, depending on the requirement.
Clients must mention day or night duty clearly during booking.
3. Payments
All payments must be made in advance or as per agreed terms at the time of booking.
Any additional hours or extended services will be charged separately.
Rates may vary based on service type, duration, and location.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations should be informed at least 12 hours in advance.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting administrative charges.
No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations or partial usage.
5. Staff Conduct
Our staff are trained and verified. Any misbehavior or concern should be immediately reported to management.
Clients are requested to treat staff with respect and maintain a safe, supportive environment.
6. Liability
S K Family Health Care is not liable for any unforeseen health complications or accidents occurring during home service.
We ensure staff follow professional guidelines, but we do not provide emergency medical care.
7. Confidentiality
All client data and health information are treated with full confidentiality.
We do not share personal information without consent unless required by law.
8. Service Limitation
We operate in specific areas in and around Sonarpur, Kolkata. Services beyond our coverage area may not be guaranteed.
Availability of specific staff (female/male, certified nurse, etc.) depends on schedule and prior bookings.
9. Changes to Terms
S K Family Health Care reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
